Submission from guard.
From closed or open guard get grips on one arm and try pin it to the mat. With your left hand pinning their right arm at the wrist open the guard and sit up. Reach behind their arm and grab your left wrist with your right. Lay back down, angling the hips so your lean out towards the arm you’re holding and bend their arm behind the back to torque the shoulder.
On a failed submission attempt it can be converted into a sweep to gain mount position. If the left arm has been gripped but you can’t finish the submission or set up, sitting up, bridging to the left while dragging the left arm should of balance the opponent and roll them.
